Awesome book for kids. If anyone gives this a bad review, it’s because they hate Trump and his supporters. If you read the negative reviews, you can tell they hate Trump, so why did they buy it? Just so they can give it a negative review. It’s sad they don’t have anything more worthwhile going on in their lives.

I bought this book for my grandson and I love it! There is too much negativity about wanting to make America great again so it's extremely refreshing to find a positive book about an administration that is working for us! It is so important to teach our children about our true history and I want to let my grandson know about my participation in making America great again for him. I have become politically involved since the Great Awakening and I love that the rallies were mentioned. I've been to two rallies and I'll go to more. Many people do not realize that we are at war on a global scale. If the United States survives, I want my grandson to know why and this book is a great start.

I have a 6 year old son who remembers his parents getting excied about the election in 2016, but was confused as to what was going on. This illustration does a fantastic job of explaining the awe that gripped America in simple terms. My son is more prepared and learned than his peers about our President and he told me he couldnt wait to vote when his time comes! So MAGA Kids is kind of like a civics class too! The author/illustrator, Sgt Crowley sounds like a true American who served in the military for the freedoms we enjoy as well as made money following his passions and talents. I hope this book gets sequals- I can see a “MAGA Kids: Tax Cuts” on the horizon..

My 8yr had questions of what MAGA meant, so I bought her this book and after she rid it she tells me oooooohhhh now I know! She's passing it around the family kids.

Images aren't very impressive, not something that a young child would understand. However I was very please to finally find a book designed for kids to understand and support our Republican president. If nothing else, it's a great gift to annoy those liberal relatives.

The truth always comes out, and the hero always loses his… heart. The fun part is in the endless variety of personalities and situations each author brings to the story. And River Laurent brings that, every time.After I got past that spider… I was fine. Really I was. I didn’t even think of arachnids when I ventured into my bathroom in the middle of the night. Really. Ahem.This book made me laugh out loud in places, and cringe in others. It may have made me starry-eyed a time or two… And it definitely made my Kindle steam up. Here and there. 5 stars.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book CEO & I what an amazing read you will just love these characters it was a very entertaining read. Luke Remington is a billionaire he has woman whenever and wherever he wants but no attachments and his one rule us no fratranizing with his secretaries. Jade Emerson applied to work for Luke but was denied because he would only hire a married woman and not attractive so he wouldn't be tempted he was all about his business. Jade and Luke were headed to Bangkok to do some business she was his right hand made all his arrangements, schedules, joined all his meetings he wasn't attracted to her at all but she was totally infatuated with Luke. Luke and Jade were in there connecting hotel rooms when Luke heard a blood curtiling scream and went to see what happened he stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Jade with a barely there towel covering her wet body no glasses and she was drop dead gorgeous. Jade told him there was a humongous spider in her bath tub when he looked it was huge she said it was a monster there banter back and forth about the whole thing was laugh out loud funny. This is a must read story you definitely don't want to miss there is miscommunication, scorching hot erotic sex scenes, River Laurent wrote an amazing story and the characters were totally awsome I highly recommend for you read this book as I just couldn't put it down till I was finished. I even bought it for my oldest daughter to read.

I liked the idea of this story.. but not so much the presentation. The story starts after she has already been hired and been working there awhile in her 'disguise'. He accidentally sees her on a business trip and starts falling for her. So.. it would have been a more fun story for me to read if he fell for her in spite of what he thought she looked like honestly. I would have enjoyed the build up of reading of when and how they met and how he became interested in her as she worked for him. But this is not that story.

Amazing what a woman can do when she puts her mind to it. When Jade applied for the job she found out that the owner would only hire an unattractive married female. So she disguised herself and became as unattractive looking as she could. It worked because he never paid her any attention. Until........... a business trip out of the country when he hears her scream and rushes to her room to find out what is wrong. A spider is in her bathroom but she's only wearing a skimpy towel, her hair is down and her coke bottle glasses are gone. Can you say gorgeous. Needless to say, things heat up from there. But there's lots of drama along the way and a roller coaster of emotions. Luke has lots of baggage he's dealing with and it causes problems in their relationship.. Lots of steamy sex and finally an HEA after a long and bumpy journey. Great book. I voluntarily reviewed this book after reading a promotional copy.

Hot & steamy! Every time I get a book from this author I just know it's going to be hot! I was right a hot office romance wow!!!! What happens when you go on a trip with your hot boss and he thinks your married? You get drunk and confess to him everything!! Omg what a great book all the twists and turns and the hotness!!!

Anything you can imagine about a employer/employee romance is in this book. Utterly predictable and boring.

I gave five stars to this book, because even though the CEO & I was good, the bonus book was Cinderella.com; loved the characters, Lars and Cash's story, I was sad to finish it.

I loved Jade and Luke. Their banter was fun and seeing their relationship grow was amazing! Loved this book. I’ll definitely be rereading this.

Candidly examining and dealing with the dark sides of our personalities make us much better leaders, parents, spouses, employees, team members, etc. This book provides the necessary encouragement to do just that.

I've reviewed many books here, and seldom do I say that one is a must-read for every pastor. This title however, falls into that category. Not only is it of enormous benefit to pastors, but it will be very helpful in granting insight to others who want to understand better the enormous challenges we face and the dark side we all possess.For pastors, this book is eye-opening in asserting that all of us must deal with a dark side in one form or another. For people supportive of us, this volume takes us off any super-human pedestal (we never really belonged there in the first place). It does so by providing insight into our very unique humanity that we too often deny.This book is the first of its kind, and hopefully not the last. It is well worth the small investment required to purchase and the short time required to read.

More than a decade before he created the world's most famous cartoon sailor, Elzie Crisler Segar began his comics career in the movies. He drew cartoons for silent movie theater slides, the Charlie Chaplin comic strip, and a daily strip about Chicago's movies and entertainment. Then, in 1919, he penned his own "small screen" creation for the newspapers, Thimble Theatre, where Popeye was to be born. This volume features examples of all of E.C. Segar's early comics and illustrations, and over 100 pre-Popeye Thimble Theatre Sunday pages, including the complete run of the famed Western desert saga, a series that rivals his later work in art, storytelling and humor. These comics, most of which have never been reprinted before, are now presented here for the whole popeyed world to see.

Because we were all immigrants then. E. C. Segar, like the man who would one day take the reins on Popeye, Bud Sagendorf (hands down on my short list with Carl Barks, Don Rosa, and Art Spiegelman and maybe Seth for ... among ... the best of all time), gave us the unique marriage of the old world with things resolutely American, like his funny-shaped horses from the western genre, or the conniving one can go through in a booming country where money can be thin to obtain the grace inherent to a mere hamburger; we get only a wink at Popeye here, but we see the facets that would build the character's world. We know instantly that this is a landscape of John L Sullivan and Ty Cobb, tough women who could mother another man's child and still look vaguely jazz age; fat men, and the days when strong men were, by far, not sculpted. This is a world. It makes me think of something totally off-base that, too, has its own world-building: "Regular Show" -- the two could not be more different but what one bears witness to in either case is genuine world-building with strokes of ink. The paper by the way is thick and lush, not slick, a perfect paper to capture that newspaper ambiance, and the images are reproduced large while retaining their original coloring style, not filling in or perfecting the color -- just like how if you were rebuilding an Indian motorcycle you'd avoid repro parts and slick paint.

A wonderful book. If you have cycled through all of the Popeye reprints and wanted more, then this is for you. The writing and art have that same casual, offhand style that we Segar fans can’t get enough of. To cite one example, Castor Oyl wanders lost in the desert muttering “Nothing but bones, cacti, sand and Herriman rocks.” Add the large format and color, and you have a comic strip collector’s dream. Highly recommended.

This is a magnificent release. Don't know if you can help me but I would like to contact Sunday Press (couldn't find the way online) and tell them what a terrific work they've done. Segar is at his best in this sundays. I just hope Sunday Press will also release a sample of the pre-Popeye dailies starring Castor and the rest of the gang.
